Here is the final part (finally!) of game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons. LeBron James capped his remarkable finish by hitting the game-winner as the Cavaliers beat the Pistons on the road 109-107 in double overtime. King James and the Cavs finished Detroit off in game 6 at home to advance to their first ever NBA Finals.
