I'm posting a video I have on Youtube that shows the CBS intro for game 1 of the 1975 NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Bullets. Hayes is prominently featured in this intro positively, but the result wasn't as good; Golden State won the game 101-95 en route to a four-game sweep.

I'm in such a good mood today, I'm posting two videos! If you think that the old classic CBS intros are old-school, imagine the music they had in the mid-70s, when they first got the NBA package. This is the intro to game 3 of the 1975 NBA Finals. This features the old "give it all you got" song (yeah, the NBA on CBS song back then actually had lyrics!). The Warriors beat the Bullets in this game 109-101, en route to a stunning four game sweep, the second time in the decade the Bullets got swept. This is considered one of the most shocking upsets in NBA history. Enjoy the real retro feel!
